Job description

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our growth and partnerships.

This role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, client engagement, and sales operations.

You will work closely with the founding and sales team to learn the full business development cycle.
Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients, partners, and market opportunities
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients
Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and maintaining CRM records
Assist with outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events)
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Track and report simple metrics (leads, responses, meetings booked)
Prepare basic pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields)
Strong communication skills (English; Bahasa Malaysia)
Comfortable speaking to new people and doing outreach
Willing to learn sales, partnerships, and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Self-motivated, proactive, and coachable
